The Straight Dope:

• New glass: Uroboros 11-25 (Emerald green, dark-blue green and midnight green fractures with emerald green streamers); Uroboros 11-51 (purple, dark blue, emerald green, dark blue-green and midnight green fractures, with emerald green streamers) and Kokomo 31D (solid opal turquoise blue).
• Some new tools: Inland Temptrol, and a white marking pen
• A reminder: We carry over 50 varieties of clear textured glass, including new ones: Delta Frost and ForestVue (Sycamore).
• Introducing the gorgeous magazine World Art Glass Quarterly
• Quite a few new books, including some some unsufferably cute stickers, bookmarks, and stained glass coloring books

• Some new Armour Rub 'n' Etch stencils

Rest assured, I have merely been whelmed -- not overwhelmed, mind you, just whelmed -- by the many changes they have wrought, and the many New Things gracing our delivery bays. Thankfully, the volume of New Things is wieldly, and we remain hinged. Could it be that these kids are ept after all? Still, Yours Truly is barely able to remain kempt, or even shevelled.

Whittemore-Durgin Acquires BradleyBase Products

You may have noticed that for a number of months now, BradleyBase products have been difficult to come by. Well, we've solved that problem quite handily. On March 9, 2007, Whittemore-Durgin acquired BradleyBase Products.

What does this mean? It means that if there's a BradleyBase product you've been looking for, check out the BradleyBases section of our website (click here). If the item isn't there, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail to inqure whether we have it on hand. Chances are good that we do.

Meanwhile, we will continue to sort out all these boxes now cluttering our delivery bays, and add more BradleyBase items to our website as we uncover them. Our next missive will feature this great product line, which we are understandably excited to again make available to the stained glass community.
