On one of our recent excursions to the deepest bowels of our basement we found some beautiful glass that, for reasons lost to posterity, we stopped selling in our retail store and never put on our website. Presumably these items fell out of fashion, fell off the radar, fell on hard times, fell through the cracks, fell from grace, or fell in with some ne'er-do-wells. But all is forgiven, and we are bringing them back into the light of day. See "New Glass" below. As always, please enjoy the coupons. |

From the Mailbag:
All of the packages I receive here have big dents and must get bounced around alot. So far everything you've sent has survived. Please continue the extra padding. Thank you, Elisabeth Dear Elisabeth, Thank you for your comments about the extra padding. I will pass this insight on to the shipping department. They will be glad to know their efforts are not in vain. In addition to giving UPS a little talking to, we may need to label our packages with something more specific than "Fragile." Perhaps a directive along the lines of "Glass inside, please do not drop-kick, heave, or trounce upon" would be more effective. Yours Truly, Early A. Consternation Dear Whittemore, Please let me know if you still print a catalog that can be delivered by our u.s. pony express mail? i have one of yours but its a few years old, would love a current copy, willing to pay a few rubles for one! please let me know asap, how much is a ruble worth anyway? do you have ma bell number so i could call you? thanks, cindy Dear Cindy, We do indeed still print a catalog that can be delivered via U.S. Postal Service, although we regret to report that they no longer use ponies, at least not here in Rockland, Massachusetts.
