Dear Sir or Madam:
The Deluxe package kit for three Tiffany design lamp shades arrived today. I am delighted in all respects, except one. I forgot when ordering the lamp shades to request the Free Indian Head Penny with my order. My order did total $199.95 plus shipping. Your free stuff page mentioned the coin as free! With order of $100.00 or more! One genuine Indian head penny more than 100 years old. Worth $5.00. One per order. Item #0741. When I was viewing the catalog with my grandson, he asked that I request one for him. Unfortunately, when placing my order, I forgot to append Item #0741 to my order. I would be very indebted, if you could possibly send on for my grandson. Many thanks in advance for your kind consideration of my request.
